With over a decade as a freelance consultant in the financial services sector, Stephen is a highly skilled project professional.

Armed with an MBA and as a full member of the Association of Project Management, his key areas of expertise are project delivery and enhancing organisational delivery capabilities. While Stephen has worked with major financial institutions like Scottish Widows and Morgan Stanley he is equally committed to adding value to small and medium-sized enterprises by supporting them to optimise their project methodology.

Camille, an experienced management consultant with over a decade at Accenture, Barclays, and HSBC, specialises in human- centric transformation.

As the founder of Brightwings Performance, a global training company, she empowers leaders worldwide through high-impact soft skills training.

Camille's track record includes training over 1000 individuals in 20+ countries, including professors and senior leaders at top-tier consultancies. She has a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.

Adam is a project management veteran with over 20 years of experience. Working in senior positions as a project, programme and portfolio manager, delivering various projects in financial services businesses. In 2021, he founded Create Cadence, a boutique project delivery consultancy specialising in supporting organisations with complex project challenges.

As a qualified coach, Adam enjoys coaching and mentoring project professionals to further their career development.
